Need a place to work with a group or work solo (with a little noise)?

• Head to the Library Commons area or our group study rooms

Need a quiet place to study?

• Head to the reading room

Need to use a computer or print something?

• Use our public access PCs or lab (open lab for BSC students: 5-8:45 p.m., Monday-Thursday; free printing in lab)

BSC Library – Gearing Up for Another Year!

The BSC Library will typically observe these hours during the 2011-12 academic year:     

• Monday – Thursday — 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
• Friday — 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Saturday — CLOSED
• Sunday — 3-7 p.m.

During the first few weeks of Fall Semester, there will be some variations to the usual schedule.  Specifically:

• Saturday, August 27 — CLOSED
• Sunday, August 28 — CLOSED
• Saturday, September 3 — CLOSED (Labor Day holiday weekend)
• Sunday, September 4 — CLOSED (Labor Day holiday weekend)
• Monday, September 5 — CLOSED (Labor Day holiday weekend)

The Library’s ODIN catalog and databases are available 24/7. 

Beginning Sunday, September 11, the Library’s lab (Information Skills Classroom, Room 101H) will serve as the open lab for the campus on Sundays.  Hours will be 3-7 p.m.

Sunday Open Lab Hours

Beginning September 13, 2009, the Library’s lab will serve as the open lab for the BSC campus from 3 to 7 p.m. on Sundays.  

You must activate your BSC Network account to log onto campus computers, including those in the lab, and to access the BSC wireless network.

• Monday-Thursday — 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
• Friday — 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Saturday — Closed
• Sunday — 3 to 7 p.m.**

Student Open Labs – Fall 2008

Because of the water problems in the Jack Science Center, the student open labs have been reorganized.

WHERE ARE THE OPEN LABS?

Jack Science Center (JSC) 307 is the new location for the student open labs, Monday through Friday.  Twenty-four of the 50 computers that were in JSC 120/122 (student open labs) were moved to JSC 307.

The BSC Library will host OPEN LAB hours on Sundays during Fall 2008 in Room 101H.  Note: The Library charges for printing (10 cents/page).  This charge WILL apply to the Sunday open lab.
